Just as he started his career as a stylist, an 18 year old Orlando Nicastro left his hometown of Salerno, Italy and moved to Venezuela. After working in some of the country's most recognized salons, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his first business — Hairdresser Orlando.

Years later he brought his style and charisma to Miami, opening Orlando Salon & Spa in Doral. Today, with a second location in Brickell, his team continues to deliver fashion-forward haircuts, expert color and the latest trends in extensions, styling and body treatments.
